Egg and Chana(Bengal gram) is very nutritious. These are food called Every vitamins in it. Here is the recipe for chana dal Egg curry. In our bachelors mess we have some unique technic. This is also a tradition Bengli country food.
Take 100gm of chana(Gram), Two choped onion, 4 green chilis, 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste, one tomato, coroander leaves and curry leaves.
At first fry The onion, then give the ginger garlic paste and mix it well. then add the curd. Add two spoon of turmeric powder , two spoon of red chili powder ,two spoon of coriander powder, one spoon of cumin powder. mix it well. Then add some water and cover it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add the gram (chana), Mix it well, cook for 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup of hot water. Cover it for 15 minutes. after 15 minutes Add theegg one by one. Pacing the eggs then , cover it for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the delicious Chana egg curry is ready to serve.
